We have global operating experience in multiple industries and know what it takes to run a successful company… or turn an unsuccessful company around.  We have transformed many good ideas into successful business plans at every size organization from small start-ups to large Fortune 500 companies.  We have the expertise to deliver timely results for your business.


We primarily work with early stage and small to mid-size companies who strive for excellence and want to make a difference. We provide many key business services and use a proven problem-solving approach.  We have a large network of investors and professionals including legal counsel, investor relations, marketing, human resources and information technology.  We also have the ability to make investments ourselves in businesses we strongly believe in.

We also know how to prepare a company to be acquired.  We don’t sell companies and we won’t work with companies just looking to be sold….been there, done that.  We believe it’s always better to be acquired than to be sold and companies get acquired because they are successful.  We help make companies successful and often times they do get acquired.  Our past successes with both private and public companies include acquisitions by venture capital firms, private equity firms, strategic partners and other investor groups.

FOUNDER MESSAGE

What makes one company successful and another one fail.  Is it leadership…company culture…access to capital…planning and execution…. maybe it’s just luck?  We’ve all heard the old adage that it’s often not WHAT you know but WHO you know that makes you successful.  Even the Bible talks about just being in the right place at the right time:


     “The fastest runner doesn't always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn't always win the battle. The wise sometimes      go hungry, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don't always lead successful lives. It is all      decided…. by being in the right place at the right time.”


I believe company success comes from a combination of all these traits, knowing how to acquire and develop them, and most importantly bringing them together at the right time and right place. That’s why I named the company RightPlace.


Our goal is to get you to the RIGHT PLACE…at the RIGHT TIME…with the RIGHT SOLUTIONS.  Pretty simple concept but not easily accomplished without having been there before and having learned what to do, and what not to do, along the way.  Simply put, we want to help you define and achieve your goals and benefit from our experience.  We also want to know we made a difference in helping you make the world a better place.  We want to work with people who want to succeed and will do what it takes to succeed with the right passion, the right motivation and for the right reasons.


So how do we do it?  We ask a lot of questions and we listen to what you tell us.  We might not always tell you what you want to hear, but we’ll always tell you what we think you need to hear to help you focus and make your company successful.  If what you hear makes sense, then we’ll roll-up our sleeves and get down to work with you and help you get things done.  We provide hands-on help and we deliver results, no BS.


And yes, I have a Silicon Valley background so please forgive me if I don’t always remember to wear a suit and tie.
